Fundraising ideas

With the family

  • Throw a ball for your dog 30 times – I bet you’ll all be tired afterwards
  • Build a tower of blocks or Lego 3 metres tall
  • Read 30 books over the 300 hours
  • Sponsor 30 minutes of silence
  • Hold a 3-legged race over 30 metres

Team Player

  • Hold a quiz with 30 questions for 30 friends
  • Cook 30 new food dishes – make it a contest between friends or family
  • Create 30 cocktails to share with 30 friends
  • Get 3 friends together and dance for 30 minutes – are you the next TikTok star?
  • Hold a socially distanced workout for 3 friends for 30 minutes

Going Solo

  • Run or walk 30km over 300 hours
  • Spend 300 hours without sugar, alcohol, takeaways or meat
  • Complete a 300 or 3,000 piece puzzle
  • Challenge yourself to 30 sit ups, press ups or lunges
  • Bake 30 cookies or cupcakes – you could even give them out to your supporters!
